What to Expect🍂Kindle & Flow: A Women's Retreat for Wonder & Renewal
October 4–8, 2025 | Park City, Utah
A retreat for women who lead, give, and carry so much—ready to exhale and reconnect.
Step away from the hustle and into the stillness of fall in the Wasatch Mountains. This retreat was created for women craving more presence, more space, and a deeper connection to what truly matters.
Nestled in the golden aspens of Park City, Utah, you’ll rest, reflect, and reconnect through gentle movement, stillness, creativity, and time with horses—our wise co-facilitators.
Each breath, each step, each moment in nature will help your nervous system reset—from hustle… to wonder… to flow.
Let’s walk among the trees, rediscover your rhythm, and come home to what’s real and steady within you.
The mountains are calling. Will you answer?
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a return—to yourself, your center, and to what’s real, steady, and true.
For years, the quaking aspens, crisp fall air, and quiet mountain trails of Park City have offered me a deep reset. It’s where the noise fades, creativity returns, and clarity gently rises to the surface. It’s where I reconnect with my breath, my body, and what truly matters.
That’s why I chose this place to host the retreat.
And I can’t wait to share it with you.
Kindle & Flow is an invitation to move from hustle… into wonder… into flow.
It’s a sacred pause—a gentle container where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, your creativity, and the quiet clarity within.
At the heart of Kindle & Flow are these guiding themes:
-
Stillness + Spaciousness: Time to reflect, rest, and hear yourself again.
-
Reconnection: With your own rhythm, with nature, and with like-hearted women.
-
Creative Awakening Without Pressure: Making space for expression that’s free of judgment or perfection.
-
Nervous System Reset: Through movement, art, and nature, we shift from overdrive into presence and calm.
-
Seasonal Alignment: Fall reminds us to let go, soften, and find beauty in transition.
-
Integration: You’ll return home with more than memories—you’ll carry a renewed spark, grounded insight, and tools to stay connected to what matters.
