Hi, I'm Michelle
I'm a Leadership Coach and Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, and I lead the Amazing Women Alliance (AWA). That's me feeling super happy with the crazy hair! This was taken in 2022 in Finisterre, Spain, right after I finished walking a portion of the Camino de Santiago to celebrate my 50th time around the sun. Â
In my work with women leaders, I've found that women long for deeper connections. I desire for the AWA to be a space where women feel safe to open up and support each other through growth and change.Â

The Amazing Women Alliance was founded by Darlene Templeton in 2014 to bring together a group of amazing, fabulous, talented, and high-achieving women who were interested in supporting, inspiring, and motivating one another to have a greater impact in the world. The goal was to provide an ecosystem where members can grow, reach goals, and work together to “pay it forward”.  In 2022, Darlene retired and passed the torch (literally!) to Michelle Poole and her collective of coaches at Coaching 4 Good. And now in 2025, the story continues as we develop retreats, coaching programs, and many more ways to connect, inspire, and grow together.
